Let your engine sit for at least a few hours before install.
The longer the better, let it sit about 8 hours to let the pressure dissipate so as you change it it leaks minimal fuel.
If you skip this step it will spray fuel over your engine.

TIP FOR INSTALLATION
1. When replacing the high-pressure oil pump, please turn off the battery first and let the ECU re-record the data in order to avoid that the data error will cause the engine fault light to light up.
2. When replacing the high-pressure oil pump, it is recommended to replace the tappet together to avoid abnormal noise caused by excessive wear of the tappet.
3. If the camshafts are replaced together, please adjust the timing system, otherwise the operating data of the high-pressure oil pump will be different!
